The University of Dayton Bachelor's Plus Master's (BPM) Program encourages high-performing UD undergraduate students to continue their studies and complete a Master's degree at UD through one streamlined process.

At the School of Business Administration at UD, you can earn one of the following Master's along with your Bachelor's:

Some bachelor's and master's degree programs can be completed within a 5-year period, otherwise known as a 4+1 program.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) – may complete in four terms if all undergraduate business foundations are complete prior to starting
Master of Business Analytics (MBAN) – may complete in one year if starting in July*
Master of Finance (MFin) – may complete in one year if starting with Summer term
Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAcc) – may complete in one year if UG degree is in Accounting

*The MBAN curriculum is presented in 11-week quarters with the first term beginning in July.

After you have been officially accepted into your selected graduate program's BPM, you will receive further instructions on how to apply to your selected graduate program; the second step of this process.
